Susanna Dienemann has been a partner since 2015 and became a name partner of Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte since 2023. She has been working successfully with founding partner Prof. Dr. Heike Wachenhausen since 2012.
Ms Dienemann focuses her practice on matters relating to clinical research, in particular, questions concerning contractual arrangements. She also advises clients on regulatory matters both concerning medicinal products and medical devices. In addition, she assists clients in advertising medicinal products and medical devices and anti-corruption compliance in the healthcare sector.

Luka Weinert joined Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte in April 2018.

Dr. Justin Grapentin, LL.M.
Dr. Justin Grapentin joined Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte in July 2023.
He focuses on advising the pharmaceutical and medical device industry on issues relating to pharmaceutical and medical device law, national reimbursement law, and there in particular on the reimbursement of pharmaceuticals and digital health issues (DiGA) in statutory health insurance as well as in constitutional and administrative law. He also assists with contract drafting and negotiations as well as compliance-related issues.
