Nele Schultek

Nele Schultek joined Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte in October 2022. She advises on issues relating to clinical research and regulatory aspects of medical product law.

Prior to joining Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte, Mrs Schultek worked at Schalast Law |Tax in Hamburg in the area of business compliance and tax law in an international context.

She studied law with a focus on legal history at the University of Greifswald and at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. During her studies, she completed one semester at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, majoring in common law. Following her first state examination, Mrs Schultek completed her legal traineeship at the Schleswig-Holstein Higher Regional Court in Schleswig. At the same time, she worked as a research assistant at HANSA PARTNER Steuerberater Rechtsanwälte in Hamburg in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as tax law.

Since 2021 Mrs Schultek is admitted to the bar.

Mrs Schultek provides legal advice in German and in English.
