Daniel Andres

Daniel Andres joined Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte in August 2022.

He focues his practice on regulatory issues in the field of medical devices, in particular representation in proceedings with authorities. In addition, Mr Andres advises clients on issues relating to clinical research with medicinal products and medical devices and also assists clients in drafting contracts in the field of medical devices and pharmaceutical law.

Mr Andres studied law with a focus on medical and pharmaceutical law at the Philipps University of Marburg. In addition, he acquired an additional qualification in pharmaceutical law during his studies.

Following his first state examination, Mr Andres completed his legal traineeship at the Saxon Higher Regional Court in Dresden. At the same time, Mr Andres worked for a large commercial law firm as a research assistant in the field of “Life Sciences”.

Mr Andres provides legal advice in German and in English.
